WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope that you love all your purchases from Sublime Rose Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
We do not offer exchanges.
(Sublime Rose has the right to refuse any returns as deemed necessary)
HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
